11. Return All sells are final. A RETURN MATERIALS AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA#) must be obtained from our customer service staff and is required for ALL returns. Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of the issuance of the RMA# at which time the RMA# expires. RMA#'s are non-renewable. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. iqimall.com reserves the right to return any merchandise without a valid RMA# to the customer.
All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with the UPC or bar code intact, and all components, manuals and registration card(s) included. Products using accessories such as toner, ink cartridges, media, batteries, film, etc. must be returned with the factory-sealed accessory or will require a deduction for a replacement. Product that is returned Incomplete, or damaged, -- if accepted -- will require a deduction. This deduction is final.
- Return Policy Restrictions
If you have product that is malfunctioning or seems to be defective, we will do our best to help you obtain technical support from our authorized service vendor make arrangements to repair the product. In many cases, we can diagnose and resolve concerns over the phone and E-mail. For more information, please call us at 408-554-1010 to allow us to assist you, or you may call us directly.
Due to manufacturers' policies, iqimall.com cannot accept returns or exchanges of products by not in “like-new” condition. “Like-new” means the complete product in the original carton with all equipment, packaging, warranties, manuals and accessories. All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with the UPC or bar code intact, and all components, manuals and registration card(s) included. Products using accessories such as DIY kit set without used, batteries, etc. must be returned with the factory-sealed accessory or will require a deduction for a replacement. Special Return Policy for Refurbished & Reconditioned Items:
Reconditioned / refurbished products are sold "AS IS" and are a final sale. These products have been previously sold and returned, reconditioned by an Authorized Service Dealer and repackaged for selling purposes. Outpost.com cannot guarantee that these products come with all the original accessories and software.
- Damaged Box Goods
These are products that have been opened or are in damaged boxes, and are non-returnable. They are sold "as is" and are final sale. Products sold as "damaged box goods" which are denoted by an item number that begins with an "X" and are available while supplies last. Please check the product description page for more details.
- Clearance Special Models
Products sold in Clearance Special Brands section are a final sale and are not returnable.

To return a product, please follow the steps outlined below.
Obtain a Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA#) within 10 days of the original ship date by calling 408-554-1010 or E-mail: returns@iqimall.com
Please provide the following information when requesting a RMA#: original order number (located on packing slip), name of product being returned, reason for return, your name, daytime telephone number and e-mail address.
Verify that all merchandise is in the original packaging with the UPC or bar code intact, and that all components, manuals, cables, DIY Kit's Set without used and accessories are included.
For your protection, please insure the package and use a "traceable" shipping method such as UPS Ground.

Return the merchandise within 5 days of issuance of the RMA#. Print the RMA# clearly on the outside of the package. PACKAGES WITHOUT A RMA# WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER.
- Credits
Credit will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return; however, your credit card company determines when the issued credit will be reflected in your statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles. If your return package without satisfy the return policy WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER AND THE SHIPPING COSTS ARE SENDER RESPOSIBILITY.
- Replacement Merchandise
In order to receive a replacement for returned merchandise, you must place a new order. iqimall.com must receive payment for all merchandise prior to shipping any replacements. We will ship your replacement in the same manner as your original order. A temporary duplicate charge will be placed on your credit card until the returned merchandise has been received and processed by our warehouse, inspects, and processes your replacement. - iqimall.com Tax, Shipping and Handling
The amount of tax and shipping added to your order depends on where you live as well as on which products you've chosen to purchase. Once, when you're completed shopping and have finished adding items to your cart, you will have an opportunity to calculate sales tax and shipping cost.
Please follow the instructions below to estimate tax and shipping in your cart.
In MY CART, click on the calculator icon located just beneath your subtotal (see image below).
A pop-up window will appear with a few questions. Please enter the requested information and click on the estimate tax and shipping link.
The MY CART page will automatically refresh and list your tax and shipping estimate.
If the amount looks acceptable, you can click on Checkout to continue through the process to purchase your system. Otherwise, you can easily make adjustments to your cart.
